On Friday, March 28, 1986, Ronald Reagan was president of the United States, folks were reading the new bestseller "The Bourne Supremacy" by Robert Ludlum, and Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta was born.

You probably know her better by her stage name, Lady Gaga.

The pop superstar and actress turns 30 today, and she kicked it off in Hollywood on Saturday with a star-studded party.
Accompanied by her her fiancé, actor Taylor Kinney, Gaga bid her 20s farewell with a little help from celeb friends like Taylor Swift, John Legend and Kate Hudson.

Lots of fans took to social media to wish the "American Horror Story: Hotel" star a happy birthday.
